NumisManager Deluxe FAQ 1 - Installation
When I attempt to install NumisManager Deluxe, I receive an error message saying that I have not entered the correct install code. What am I doing wrong?
Solution: If you purchased NumisManager Deluxe from our online store, your install code was emailed to you. This code is case sensitive. Also, please make sure that you are not entering the NumisManager Deluxe Registration Code located inside the jewel case. The Registration Code is required during the first run of NumisManager Deluxe.

NumisManager Deluxe FAQ 2 - Windows Installation
When I attempt to install NumisManager Deluxe on Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, the Components install window displays without any components listed to choose from. What am I doing wrong?
Solution: In all probability your display settings in your control panel is set to a resolution of less than 1024 x 768 pixels. NumisManager Deluxe screens were designed for a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 and the installer requires a resolution of at least 1024 x 768. To set your display to 1024 x 768:
- Right Click anywhere in your Desktop's background.
- Choose 'Properties'.
- Left Click the Display tab.
- Set the resolution to 1024 x 768 with the slider located in the lower right hand corner of the window.

NumisManager Deluxe FAQ 3 - Mac OS X Installation
Every time I click on the "Install" button, I get a window which states: "Please enter your password." I then type "temp" (without the quotes), click on OK, then receive the message "Sorry, your password is incorrect. Please try again."
Solution: The installer software that we presently use no longer asks for the Registration Number; it now asks for a password. The Installer Registration Number and the password are one and the same.
When you see the prompt "Please enter your password", type the Installer Registration Number exactly as we emailed it to you (it is case sensitive and include the dashes, if any). This should allow you to proceed and finalize the installation. The "temp" password will not be used until you are actually running the NumisManager Deluxe program.

NumisManager Deluxe FAQ 5 - Version 1.50 (02)
Consignment Entry Feature
Can Version 1.50 track items that I have consigned and/or items that have been consigned to me?
Answer: Yes and Yes. The power of NumisManager Deluxe Version 1.50 makes it easy to track items you've consigned to auction houses, items that have been consigned to you, and items you've sent out for grading purposes. Just enter your coin(s) as you would for your own inventory/collection and then go to View mode.
Flagging Consigned Items: Each item listed in the main View mode screen has a Consign button in the lower right corner of its listing. For each item click the 'Consign' button and the consignment screen appears. For items consigned or grading purposes, enter the information of the company the item is being consigned to. For items that have been consigned to you, enter the information of the person or company that has consigned the item to you. After entering other relevant information in the supplied fields, click the 'Consigned' button. You are returned to the main View mode screen and an 'X' now appears within the Consign button for that item (designating that this item has been consigned).
Delisting Consigned Items: Each item listed in the main View mode screen has a Consign button in the lower right corner of its listing. For each item click the 'Consign' button and the consignment screen appears.

NumisManager Deluxe FAQ 6 - Version 1.50 (02)
Accessing Consignment Information
Now that I've flagged numerous items as consigned, how do I view or print specific consignments?
Both the View Mode and Report/Print Modes provide a method for displaying/printing consigned items through the UltraFind system. By selecting 'Yes' for 'View Consigned Collectibles' and then clicking the Find button, all items that have been flagged as Consigned are displayed.
To list all collectibles consigned to a particular auction house or grading company, or consigned to you by a specific client, locate the consignor's or consignee's name in the pull down menu labeled 'Consigned/Sold To', again select 'Yes' for 'View Consigned Collectibles', and then click the Find button. You have now narrowed your view/report to contain items consigned by/to a specific consignee/consignor.

Flagging Sold/Returned Consignmed Items
Item Sold--For consigned items that have been sold, enter the information of the purchaser that the item was sold to, the date of sale and sales price, and click 'Item Sold'. Selling Items and Generating Invoices
From View Mode, enter the sales price for the item located in the lower right side of the item's listing and click the 'Sell' button below the entry field. The 'Enter Seller Info' screen appears. Enter the date of sale, the purchaser's information, tax rate (if applicable), etc., and click 'Submit'. The item is now flagged as sold.
IMPORTANT: All entries after your first sales entry will now be attributed to the first item's purchaser until you generate an invoice. Although you can edit this information for each item by clicking the 'Edit' button located on the right side of the item's listing in View mode, you should generate an invoice for this sale even if you don't print it out. Invoices are archived and retrievable from the Report/Print mode main screen.
To generate an Invoice after entering sold items, click the 'Generate Invoice' button located at the bottom frame of the View mode main screen. An entry screen for revising the Invoice's date (plus fields such as notes, customer number, FOB, shipping cost, etc.) appears. Click the 'Submit' button and then 'Archive/Print' to generate the invoice.
